1. Eligibility
This promotion is open to legal residents of The United States of America, who are 18 years of age or older and refer authorized representatives of companies that ship goods (hereinafter referred to as “Shippers”). Shippers must be business owners, decision-makers, or authorized employees of companies involved in shipping or logistics. Only one offer per company is permitted.
2. How to Qualify
To qualify for this promotion, participants must refer a qualified candidate who:
• Completes a 30 minute product demo of Emerge’s shipping or logistics software or service.
• Meets the following qualification criteria:
• Is a shipper of goods for business purposes.
• Operates within a minimum shipment volume or frequency as determined by Emerge during the initial consultation.
• The demo must be completed by the authorized company representative and verified by Emerge.
• The shipper must start transacting on Emerge's platform.
3. Promotion Period
This promotion is valid from October 2024 to December 2024. All demos must be scheduled and completed within this period to be eligible for the $1000 Visa Gift Card.
4. Gift Card Details
Participants who refer a candidate who meets the qualification criteria and completes the demo will receive a $1,000 Visa Gift Card, subject to the following conditions:
• The gift card will be delivered within 30 days after the completion of the demo, pending verification of the participant & referral’s eligibility.
• Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards.
• Emerge reserves the right to substitute the gift card with a reward of equal value if necessary.
5. Additional Terms
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
• Emerge reserves the right to disqualify any participant or referral who does not meet the eligibility requirements, fails to complete the demo, or violates these Terms and Conditions.
• Participation in this promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
• By participating, you agree to allow Emerge to contact you and the party you are referring regarding its products and services, even if qualifications to receive the gift card are not met.
• Emerge reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted in these Terms and Conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Emerge and its affiliates, agents, and employees are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this promotion or the use of the Visa Gift Card. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Emerge from any and all liability arising from this promotion.
