Emerge is seeking new shippers to explore ProcureOS, our platform is tailored for companies with Full Truckload and Flatbed transportation needs. To be eligible for the $500 Visa Gift Card, participants must have at least an annual transportation spend of $5 Million and use the above mentioned modes. Please note that the $500 Visa Gift Card offer is only available to qualifying shippers, and Emerge reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuance.
1. Eligibility
This promotion is open to legal residents of The United States of America, who are 18 years of age or older and are authorized representatives of companies that ship goods (hereinafter referred to as “Shippers”). Participants must be business owners, decision-makers, or authorized employees of companies involved in shipping or logistics. Only one offer per company is permitted.
2. How to Qualify
To qualify for this promotion, participants must:
• Complete a 30 minute product demo of Emerge’s shipping or logistics software or service.
• Meet the following qualification criteria:
• Be a shipper of goods for business purposes.
• Operate within a minimum shipment volume or frequency as determined by Emerge during the initial consultation.
• The demo must be completed by the authorized company representative and verified by Emerge.
3. Promotion Period
This promotion is valid from October 2024 to December 2024. All demos must be scheduled and completed within this period to be eligible for the $250 Visa Gift Card.
4. Gift Card Details
Participants who meet the qualification criteria and complete the demo will receive a $250 Visa Gift Card, subject to the following conditions:
• The gift card will be delivered within 30 days after the completion of the demo, pending verification of the participant’s eligibility.
• Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards.
• Emerge reserves the right to substitute the gift card with a reward of equal value if necessary.
5. Additional Terms
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
• Emerge reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements, fails to complete the demo, or violates these Terms and Conditions.
• Participation in this promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
• By participating, you agree to allow Emerge to contact you regarding its products and services, even if you do not qualify for or receive the gift card.
• Emerge reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted in these Terms and Conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Emerge and its affiliates, agents, and employees are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this promotion or the use of the Visa Gift Card. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Emerge from any and all liability arising from this promotion.
